By placing an order with MF Supply or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make purchases with MF Supply.


TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by MF Supply. We strive for pricing accuracy, but in the event of a typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly—even if a payment has already been processed. In such cases, if requested in writing, a full refund or credit will be issued.


2. Product Availability & Lead Times

Stock levels and lead times are subject to change without notice. Custom or special-order products may require extended lead times and are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable.


3. MF Supply Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues to us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible.


Standard Stock Items

Returns are only accepted for standard stock items under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the original invoice date.

  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number clearly printed on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Restocking fees may apply.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Note: Parts drop shipped to you directly from the factory may not be refundable.

To request a return, email [email protected]. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number along with return instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-cancellable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made, reworked, or special-order products

  • PPE & safety products


Quality Concerns & Discrepancies

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is nonconforming or incorrect:

  • Report the issue in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • If verified, we will promptly offer a replacement or issue a refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

  • No claims will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

4. Certification & Documentation

All requests for certifications and documentation must be included on the original Purchase Order. Requests submitted after order processing are not guaranteed and may incur administrative fees. To avoid delays or additional costs, include all requirements at the time of order.

Upon receipt of your order and accompanying documentation, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all requested certifications and paperwork have been received and are complete. Any missing or incomplete documentation must be reported immediately at the time of order receipt. Requests for additional or replacement paperwork not reported at receipt may not be available at a later date.


5. Product Warranty & Liability

MF Supply supplies products “as-is” and does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Claims against MF Supply shall be limited to a refund or credit for the price billed or paid for improper merchandise. Seller shall not be responsible for buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchases, extra freight, replating, plating, lost profit, good will, recall costs or other incidental or consequential damages.

  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Claims are limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, production delays, alternate sourcing, or recall costs.


6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All sales and transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, NJ.
Claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date they arise.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, and code—is the property of MF Supply and protected by copyright.

  • You may only download or print portions of the site for personal, non-commercial use, such as placing an order.

All trademarks and service marks on this site are owned by MF Supply and may not be used without our written permission.

MF Supply reserves the right to monitor, block, or remove any content at its discretion.
