All orders are subject to review and acceptance by MF Supply. Submission of a Purchase Order, placement of an online order, or receipt of payment does not, by itself, constitute acceptance by MF Supply. MF Supply strives to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, typographical errors, pricing discrepancies, and other inadvertent errors may occur. MF Supply reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders containing such errors or request a price correction before fulfillment. Where permitted by law, MF Supply may also cancel an affected order after acceptance. If an order is canceled due to an error, any payment received for the canceled portion will be refunded. All accepted orders are governed by MF Supply's Terms & Conditions of Sale, available at www.mfsupply.com/terms.php, together with any additional or modified terms expressly agreed to in writing by MF Supply, as further described in Section 2. 1b. Conflicting Purchase Order Terms & Order of Precedence All quotations, Sales Orders, Order Acknowledgments, and sales of products by MF Supply are subject to these Terms & Conditions of Sale and any additional or modified terms expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of MF Supply. Order of Precedence To the extent permitted by applicable law, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between contractual documents, the following order of precedence shall apply:
Any provision of a buyer's Purchase Order or related documentation that conflicts with, adds to, or differs from these terms is expressly rejected unless specifically accepted in writing by an authorized representative of MF Supply. Requirements relating to certifications, documentation, testing, inspection, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or other special conditions must be disclosed at the time of order placement and expressly accepted by MF Supply in writing to become contractual obligations, except where independently required by applicable law. No modifications, additions, or exceptions to these Terms & Conditions shall be binding upon MF Supply unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of MF Supply. 2. Product Availability & Lead Times Stock levels and lead times are subject to change without notice. Custom or special-order products may require extended lead times and are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues to us in writing at [email protected] as soon as possible. Standard Stock Items Returns are only accepted for standard stock items under the following conditions:
Note: Parts drop shipped to you directly from the factory may not be refundable. To request a return, email [email protected]. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number along with return instructions.

All requests for certifications and documentation must be included on the original Purchase Order and confirmed in writing on the MF Supply Sales Order. Requests submitted after order processing are not guaranteed and may incur administrative fees. To avoid delays or additional costs, include all requirements at the time of order. Upon receipt of your order and accompanying documentation, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all requested certifications and paperwork have been received and are complete. Any missing or incomplete documentation must be reported immediately at the time of order receipt. Requests for additional or replacement paperwork not reported at receipt may not be available at a later date. 5. Product Warranty & Liability MF Supply supplies products “as-is” and does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer. Claims against MF Supply shall be limited to a refund or credit for the price billed or paid for improper merchandise. Seller shall not be responsible for buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchases, extra freight, replating, plating, lost profit, good will, recall costs or other incidental or consequential damages.
All sales and transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
