Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, u pon request for a return, MF Supply will provide a Return Authorization number. Upon return to MF Supply, a refund will be processed.

• Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Returned merchandise must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
• Returns must have a clearly printed valid Return Authorization number on the shipping label or no credit will be issued.
• Shipping and handling charges are generally not refundable.
• This policy only applies to standard parts. Custom made, reworked and special parts are generally non-refundable.
• PPE & Safety products are not returnable or refundable.
